We covered Latpanchar, Rongtong, Shivkhola and Chatakpur for 4 days and we spotted almost 100+ species in these 4 days. All credit goes to Sandeep ji. One of the best birder, spotter, photographer in North Bengal and Sikkim area. His knowledge about bird and their song is unbeatable. In one word, he is the finest. From warbler to raptor, he knows everything.

This was first birding tour with Sandeep ji . We covered Latpanchar,
Shivkhola, Rongtong & Mahananda WildLife Sanctuary during my 5 days stay at Latpanchar. What a great human being and so much learned and dedicated person Mr Sandeep ji is. Words are short to describe his knowledge, skills, approach towards birding. I have never seen such a great guide who keeps on birding with use of sophisticated technology with never tiring enthusiasm. Simply he has mastered bird identification and how to make them come on proper perch for you to take great pictures. He also have a great knowledge of cameras , lenses & settings for photography during different weather conditions. Simple man with great caring attitude. Salute to you boss.

This was my second tour with him. This time it was lava and zuluk . Excellent with call identification. That’s the first step if u want skulkers and targeted species. It’s been excellent overall and more time be scheduled with him soon .

We joined him for a short trip in Latpanchor. He is an excellent guide and has good knowledge of the habitats. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and loved the way he gives his 100% in field. Will join him soon.
