I had the pleasure and good fortune of birding with Taukeer at Jhilmil Jheel in Feb 2018 and again in Feb 2019. Taukeer is an impressive bird guide, very knowledgeable about the birds in the area and quick to ID species by sight or ear. It was a delight spending the day birding with this humble and skillful young birder who clearly loves birds and sharing his passion for nature with others, whether school children or clients. I will definitely contact him again to bird in other Uttarakhand locations when my travels next take me to India.
